This website, warfighteroutfitters.org, is operated by Warfighter Outfitters (“WFO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 47-1896901) that provides Veterans with outdoor fishing and hunting trips, campouts, and motorcycle adventures. We are led by an all-volunteer board of Veterans.

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit warfighteroutfitters.org, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website. It does not cover third-party sites we link to, such as our social media pages.

Information you give us. When you use our Contact form, sign up for an event or an open seat, subscribe to our updates, make a donation, or email us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and details you include in your message.

Donation information. When you donate, we collect your name, email address, billing address, donation amount, and any message or dedication you add. Your payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full payment card number on this website.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies (see Section 4).

Donation records are kept for the period required for tax-exempt organizations. Newsletter subscriber information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

You may contact us at any time to ask what personal information we hold about you through this website, to request that we correct or delete it, or to ask us to stop sending communications. We will respond as required by applicable law. We may be unable to delete donation records we are required to keep.
